TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE COMPLIED WITH IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE SPECIAL
INTRODUCER REWARD FOR A LIMITED PERIOD BETWEEN 09/01/12 AND 31/03/12
| 1. | All Sime Darby Property (SDP) PRIME cardholders 18 years old and above are eligible to participate |
| 2. | All Sime Darby Group’s employees who are PRIME cardholders are eligible to participate |
| 3. | All Sales Consultants, Sales Managers of SDP and appointed Real Estate Agents are not eligible to participate in this promotion |
| 4. | The introducer and purchaser(s) must be present at the Sales Gallery at the point of sale to sign and confirm that the introducer is genuine |
| 5. | The introducer and purchaser(s) must be separate individuals |
| 6. | The Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) must be dated between 9th January 2012 and 31st March 2012 with the purchaser(s) fulfilling the required sales processes and conditions |
| 7. | The introducer will be entitled to claim the cash reward after the following conditions have been met:-

| 8. | Prime Cash Rewards are applicable to selected products (listed below) and the reward amount is dependent on the product |
| 9. | The reward will be payable to the introducer in the form of a cheque after the conditions in items 6 and 7 are met and no other form of payment will be entertained |
| 10. | Rewards are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable. Only the Introducer, and no other person or agent, may claim the Reward |

By participating in the “Prime Cash Rewards” each Introducer agrees to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by any decisions made by SDP in its sole discretion, including any interpretations of the Terms and Conditions |
| 12. | Any Federal, state and local taxes that may be imposed in connection with the rewards are the sole responsibility of the introducer |
| 13. | SDP has the right to amend (add, delete or modify) the Terms and Conditions governing the Prime Cash Rewards, prospectively or retrospectively, at its discretion and without prior notice |
| 14. | Under no circumstance, unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence, shall SDP and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the Introducer and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever. |
